Founding Partner
Jesse Carstens
Jesse founded Unisity in 2013, wanting to start a company that just does it better. By using his military experience, technical knowledge and experience working for various big and small companies, Jesse started a company that continues to grow with its employees and his vision. Jesse continues to work on contract giving him the ability to maintain close relationships with the customer and our employees.

Bill Engelmeyer
Bill joined Unisity in 2021 becoming an owning partner. Growing up in Maryland, Bill brings with him over 3 decades of technical knowledge along with customer and personal relationships within the IC community. He understands the vision of what Unisity is about, and joined to help evolve and grow that vision. Bill also remains on contract to maintain the relationships with the customer and Unisity's employees.
